Live training course/ webinar is a two way interactive training session conducted over the Internet. It usually lasts 60-90 minutes. The faculty/ instructor or speaker shares his/her screen and voice with the registered participant though computer or phone. A participant /attendee is allowed to ask questions during the session to the faculty during the session through chat and audio options. Participant /attendee will also receive the original slides/conference material used by the faculty during the session and can also earn Continuing Education Unit (If applicable).

What is an Recorded Training Course?

Recorded Training CourseOn-Demand/ OD webinars are self-paced recorded audio-visual training programs that allow you to earn  Continuing Education Units (If applicable) at your own convenience. Recorded Training Course is available online to access any day, anytime, unlimited times as per your convenience. And you can watch multiple times for the next 3 Months from the date of purchase. You will receive the instructions & link to attend the Recorded Training Course after the commencement of a live training/Webinar or if it is already recorded then you can attend it right away.

When and how will I receive information on how to participate in live Training Course or Recorded Training Course?

Live Training Course–

You will receive instruction kit 48 Hours prior to the Live training course/ webinar on your registered email address.

Recorded Training Course–

Instruction kit to access the Recorded Training Course will be emailed on your registered email address within 6 hours of your purchase.

How late can I register for a Live Training Course?

You can register 5 minutes prior to the start time of the live Training Course but it’s always recommended to register 48 hours prior, in order to book your limited seat and avoid last minute issues. Can we watch in group after registering for one?

Our all the Individual category products (Live/Recorded) are only for individual use. To train groups, you must purchase suitable product by contacting us on chat or on support@federalcomply.com options for multiple participants or for institutional license.
